The Industrials Director of Business Development is responsible for the overall growth strategy, bookings performance, and Business Development execution across the Industrials vertical. This role owns the full pipeline—from market strategy through capture execution—and is accountable for achieving annual bookings targets and long-term revenue growth.

Thorough knowledge of Business Development best practices and requirements.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred (requirement waived with military experience)
2-8 years of experience in defense business development or military acquisitions fields with an emphasis in the aviation engineering fields.
