• →COSHH/ Food Safety level 2 or above.
• →Proven experience in a hygiene or cleaning leadership role within a food production environment, ideally within both High Risk and Low Risk.
• →In-depth knowledge of hygiene standards and health and safety regulations.
• →Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team effectively.
• →Excellent organisational skills and the capacity to prioritise tasks effectively.
• →Strong communication skills for effective interactions with staff at various levels.
• →Knowledge of chemicals
• →Keen attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving attitude.
