Machine Supervisor

Working in a busy Production environment, you will be responsible for delivering performance through processes and machinery, ensuring safe and cost effective practices are adopted.  You will share your specialist knowledge with others to continuously improve efficiencies. You will be required to manage a small group of staff , taking responsibility for all relevant production paperwork along with packed product quality

• →Experience within a manufacturing or food production environment.
• →Experience of Operate Vertical Form Fill and Seal (VFFS) Machinery and Multihead weighers, would be considered beneficial, however full training will be given to the successful candidate.
• →Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
• →Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to operational challenges.
• →Strong understanding of health and safety regulations as related to machine operation.
• →Effective communication skills for liaison with staff and management.
