In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our chilled production processes run smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with our high standards.

• →Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the chilled production line.
• →Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of operatives to achieve production targets while maintaining a focus on quality and safety.
• →Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
• →Implement and maintain quality control measures to guarantee product excellence.
• →Collaborate with management to analyze production data and identify opportunities for improvement.
• →Facilitate training and development for team members, enhancing skills and performance.
• →Act as a key communicator between the production team and management.

• →Proven experience in a supervisory role within a chilled production or food manufacturing environment.
• →Strong understanding of production processes, quality assurance, and compliance with food safety regulations.
• →Demonstrated leadership skills, with a focus on team motivation and development.
• →Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to operational challenges.
