As a Mechanical Installer, your main duty is centred on the fabrication, installation, and upkeep of various mechanical systems settings with the primary focus being firefighting systems. Proficiency in fabricating piping materials, interpreting drawings and specifications, and skilful use of hand and power tools are essential for this position. Whether working independently or as part of a team you will be engaged in various tasks, including new installations, upgrades, as well as troubleshooting and repairs to guarantee the reliability and effectiveness of mechanical systems.

- Assist in general site preparation and upkeeping including site cleanliness.
- Fabricate, install, and assemble mechanical piping systems according to engineering drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Strive for optimal efficiency in all tasks, utilizing time-management skills to meet project deadlines.
- Strictly adhere to Alberta’s policies and procedures.
Quality Assurance and Compliance

- Ensure that work is performed in compliance with relevant codes and standards.
- Maintain accurate records of work, including installation diagrams and service reports.
- Safe keeping and delivery of documentation in a timely manner.
- Identify potential hazards, report, and take necessary precautions to mitigate risks.
- Ensure that the tools and equipment are used according to the safety requirements.
Sustaining of Brand Image and Presentation

- Uphold the company's professional image through punctuality, professionalism, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ensure that any tool, equipment, vehicle or uniform, baring Alberta logo, is always in a good working and presentable condition.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a mechanical installation role or a closely related field
REQUIRED SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES
Proficiency in tool handling:
- Ability to make use of basic hand and power tools.
- Ability to assess the site conditions and verify the equipment functionality.
