Apprentice, German Dual Vocational Training

The Dual Vocational Training Apprentice will participate in a structured German Dual Vocational Training Program, combining practical on-the-job training with formal education. The apprentice will develop technical competencies, professional skills, and industry knowledge aligned with internationally recognized German standards.

• →Participate in hands-on training within assigned departments (e.g., Production, Engineering, IT, Business Operations).
• →Attend and complete theoretical training modules delivered by partnered training institutions.
• →Support daily operational tasks under supervision.
• →Learn and apply standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality standards.
• →Assist in projects, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• →Demonstrate adherence to safety, health, and environmental guidelines.
• →Maintain training records/logbooks as required by the program.
• →Collaborate with mentors, trainers, and team members.

• Develop technical expertise in assigned field.
• Gain understanding of business processes and workflows.
• Build problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
• Enhance communication, teamwork, and professional discipline.
• Achieve competency levels defined under the German dual training framework.

• Minimum: Secondary school / Diploma entry qualification (depending on program level).
• Strong interest in [relevant field].

• Good communication skills in English (German is an added advantage).
