Customer Data & Pricing Specialist (Maternity Leave Cover)

• →Set up and maintain customer accounts and pricing data across systems (ERP & CRM)
• →Make sure data is accurate, complete, and up to date—your work directly impacts invoicing, payments, and reporting
• →Perform validation checks (Bona Fide) to ensure customers meet required standards before activation
• →Partner closely with Sales, Finance, and Customer teams to resolve queries and improve data quality
• →Keep pricing and commercial terms aligned to avoid disputes and protect business performance
• →Investigate pricing issues, identify root causes, and fix them at the source
• →Support promotional setups, reporting, and data clean-up activities
• →Contribute to process improvements and projects that enhance how we manage data
• →Act as a trusted point of contact for questions related to customer data and pricing

• 1–2 years’ experience in data, operations, or administration roles
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or Science/Engineering
• Exposure to SAP or similar systems is a strong plus
• Comfortable with Excel and working with data
• Strong attention to detail—you spot errors before they become problems
• Clear communication skills (Greek & English)
• A mindset of ownership, curiosity, and continuous improvement

• Hands-on experience with core business systems (ERP/CRM)
