Field Service Engineer - Canada (Alberta, Saskatchewan & Manitoba)

As a Field Service Engineer supporting customers in the Alberta, Saskatchewan & Manitoba territory, you will be trusted to provide technical advice to customers including commissioning, installing, and testing of products/equipment. In this role a typical day will include:

• →Associate degree in electronics or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• →Strong background in electronics, electricity, and mechanics.
• →Willingness to work a variable schedule on short notice to meet customer demand.
• →Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams, SharePoint.
• →Ability to lift up to 50 pounds (tools, spare parts, etc.).
• →Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for the past three years.
• →Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• →Proven experience in exceptional customer service.
• →Ability to multitask, prioritize, and plan work-related activities.
• →Problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and professional communication in a fast-paced, high-pressure, customer-focused environment.
• →Self-motivated, able to travel and work independently with minimal supervision.
• →Two years of hands-on experience with advanced medical devices and medical lasers.
• →Proven technical support skills and effective decision-making abilities.
• →Experience connecting medical devices to hospital networks.
• →Working knowledge of ServiceMax/Salesforce.
• →Candidates must be able to work independently (20% of the time) and in the field (80% of the time).
• →Candidates must also be able to travel overnight (50% of the time) or as needed.
• →Must reside in Alberta (preferred) or Manitoba
