• Provide operational management of Local Data Stewards in the region.
• Perform and manage MDM daily operations, and projects across the Alcon division for all Franchises and region
• Lead one or more concurrent major projects affecting multiple Divisions, Franchises and Regions addressing internal and external customer needs to support commercial goals
• Help to achieve department budget within agreed-upon targets
• Responsible for personal talent development of LDS in the region
• Maintain and enhance compliance with Group, internal, and external controls
- Fluency (written and spoken) in English
- 5-7 years of experience in Master Data Management within a global environment
- Strong SAP Master Data and Material Master expertise
- Experience leading teams, projects, or mentoring stakeholders
- Proven background in data migration and SAP implementations
- Strong knowledge of SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, FI, QM) and business processes
- Experience with master data governance, data quality, and process improvement
- Ability to manage complex data across multiple systems and geographies
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
