Principal I, Product Development, Security & Operations (DevSecOps) (Customer Data Platform Developer)

• →Maintain scalable data models and structures in Salesforce Data 360.

• →Design, build, and optimize real-time data pipelines from Salesforce and external sources.

• →Implement advanced segmentation, identity resolution, and audience activation workflows.

• →Integrate AI-driven insights and automation to enhance business outcomes.

• →Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance with Alcon and regulatory standards.

• →Troubleshoot, optimize, and document technical solutions.

• →Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.

• →Stay current with Salesforce Data 360, AI, and integration best practices.

• →Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience) with 6+ years of total experience.

• →2+ years of relevant experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP/Data 360), including data modeling, integration, and segmentation.

• →Proficiency in Salesforce APIs, ETL/ELT tools, and connectors.

• →Experience with real-time data processing, architectures).

• →Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and Salesforce Einstein.

• →Understanding of data governance, privacy, and compliance (GDPR, CCPA, GxP).

• →Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• →Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant certification preferred.

• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Tableau, and writing complex SQL Sentences.

• Familiarity with agile development and DevOps practices.

• Prior experience in regulated industries (healthcare, pharma) is a plus.
