Quality Assurance Trainee

As a Quality Assurance Trainee, you will support the Quality team in their daily work.

In this role, in particular, you will assist the the Head of Quality Assurance and the wider team in the below activities:

• Management of SAP transactions which require Quality Checks and subsequent product release  

• Support in Quality Controlled documents (SOPs and Working Instructions) management in the company Documentation Repository

• Support in Approval and monitoring of Qualified Suppliers 

• Support of Training assignments in the company LMS (Learning Management System)

All the above tasks will be performed You will receive guidance and training, gaining a gradual level of independence throughout the internship period.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a scientific field (e.g. Pharmacy, Biology, Bio Eng)

• Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken

• Computer skills (e.g. Excel, Word, Power Point) and ability to learn new systems quickly. SAP knowledge/exposure would be an additional “plus”

• Positive and energetic attitude, being ready for new challenges and eager to learn, team working

• Self-organization, precision and attention to details

• A great exposure to the main activities within QA with the chance to gain exposure to other departments in a very collaborative team

Total remuneration consists of the starting pay, plus applicable variable compensation (including bonus) and country-specific subsidized benefits.
Bonus amounts, where applicable, are determined based on factors such as individual performance, job level, and company financial results.
