1. Deploy Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) programmes:

    a. Carry-out initiatives to support HSE programmes

    b. Enforce HSE compliance requirements and proper work practices

    c. Address and provide counsel on instances of HSE non-compliance & unsafe work practices

2. Manage Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) performance:

    a. Participate in WSH compliance inspections.

    b. Conduct routine checks on work activities.

    c. Manage WSH non-compliance, unsafe work conditions and practices.

    d. Report instances of HSE non-compliance, unsafe work conditions & practices to team

    e. Report findings of HSE compliance inspections and routine checks.

    f.  Support implementation of actions to improve HSE performance and control risks

3. Develop Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) management systems:

    a. Assess routine and non-routine work processes to establish scope of WSH risks.

    b. Develop and deliver safety briefings.

    c. Execute risk management (RM) plans for work processes and work areas

    d. Execute RM and risk assessment (RA) within respective work processes and work areas

4. Manage Crisis Management:

    a. Manage incidents and accidents promptly.

    b. Support HSE incident and accident investigations

    c. Follow emergency preparedness & response plans (EPRPs) when responding to     

        emergency situations

Assist line management to ensure full HSE coverage
