Job purpose: Owns near‑term demand–supply execution by leading the weekly S&OE (Value Stream) rhythm, orchestrating cross‑functional actions, and managing allocation and prioritization within S&OP‑approved plans and guardrails to protect service, minimize risk, and ensure disciplined execution. This role provides real‑time visibility, drives root‑cause resolution of execution issues, and enables fast, informed decisions through clear risk escalation and execution reporting. Monitor Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP) KPIs in multi stock point model and handle escalations working in close co-ordination with market commercial and 3PL inventory planning teams.
Major accountabilities:
- Participate in the weekly Value Stream Rhythm (S&OE) by preparing inputs, updates, and analysis for assigned markets
- Execute near‑term demand–supply alignment activities in the 0–3 month horizon in accordance with S&OP‑approved plans and guardrails
- Support short‑term orchestration by logging requests from Commercial, coordinating inputs across functions, tracking actions, and following up to closure
- Apply leadership‑approved allocation and prioritization rules to manage supply and inventory during constraints, escalating exceptions as needed
- Maintain and update real‑time execution visibility on service, backlog, and near‑term risks for assigned scope
- Perform initial root‑cause analysis on service, backlog, and inventory variances and document findings for review
- Prepare weekly execution materials and data packs for S&OE reviews, including off‑plan items, risks, and impacts
- Develop and monitor KPIs in multi-stock point KPIs in collaboration
- Handle product supply and availability escalations in close co-ordination with commercial and 3PL planning & stock point teams
- Drive process improvement and automation of DRP (Distribution Requirements Planning) using advanced visualization tools like Tableau

Requirements
~1 min read- 2 years relevant experience required
- Experience in demand planning, forecasting or analytics within supply chain
- Knowledge of S&OP/IBP processes
- Strong analytical capability and proficiency with forecasting tools
- Experience with advanced planning systems preferred (e.g. SAP IBP, o9, Kinaxis, APO)
