- Evaluate new awards, modifications, clauses, regulatory changes, and organizational actions for new or changed obligations; assign ownership and coordinate cross-functional inputs.

- Perform compliance reviews, spot checks, and file assessments; document exceptions, recommend and monitor corrective actions, and promptly escalate novel, material, cross-entity, or high-risk matters.
- Maintain audit-ready evidence and coordinate responses to government or SBA reviews, customer inquiries, audits, findings, requests for information, and corrective-action plans.
- Maintain procedures, desktop guides, checklists, templates, workpapers, decision tools, and training materials; monitor regulatory and system changes and communicate required actions.
- Develop dashboards and leadership reporting for upcoming obligations, completed submissions, overdue inputs, open exceptions, corrective actions, and emerging risks; identify opportunities to improve data quality and automate recurring work.
- Maintain accurate entity profiles and ensure legal name, UEI, CAGE, NAICS, size status, representations and certifications, 8(a) status, points of contact, and related records remain consistent across SAM.gov, SBA and GSA systems, Costpoint, and contract files.
- Coordinate annual 8(a) reviews, continued-eligibility support, business-plan updates, offering and acceptance packages, and required notifications or approvals involving ownership, control, management, structure, address, CAGE, UEI, or other material changes.
- Monitor Business Activity Targets, classify and reconcile 8(a) and non-8(a) revenue, forecast performance, support annual reporting, and maintain calculation workpapers and submission evidence.
- Identify work subject to limitations on subcontracting, performance-of-work requirements, or similarly situated entity rules; establish the measurement method and monitor actual and forecast compliance using labor, subcontract, invoice, and cost data.

- Administer assigned GSA schedules, GWACs, IDIQs, multiple-award contracts, and other vehicles, maintaining compliance matrices, contract files, awarded categories or domains, and vehicle-specific obligations.

- Prepare and reconcile task-order, invoice, transactional, sales, Contract Access Fee, and Industrial Funding Fee reporting and payments; support vehicle proposals, on-ramps, expansions, renewals, and discrepancy resolution.
- Manage an assigned portfolio of federal prime contracts and perform cradle-to-grave administration from solicitation and proposal support through closeout.
- Review solicitations, awards, task orders, modifications, funding actions, and other contract documents; identify risks and prepare compliance matrices, assumptions, notices, certifications, and correspondence.
