Manufacturing Engineer

In this role, you’ll be right at the heart of production, using your manufacturing engineering expertise to support our lineside teams and help keep builds moving safely, efficiently, and to the right quality standard. You’ll be the person who gets stuck into day-to-day build and process issues, works with others to understand the root cause, and turns practical ideas into improvements that make life easier for production teams and deliver real impact across safety, quality, delivery, and cost. You’ll also support production readiness, process changes, and NPI projects.

This is a great opportunity for a Manufacturing Engineer who enjoys being close to the action, working directly with production teams, and solving real-time challenges on the shop floor. You’ll bring strong mechanical or electrical technical knowledge, a practical mindset, and the confidence to investigate lineside issues, get to the root cause, and turn ideas into improvements that make a measurable difference to safety, quality, delivery, and cost. Experience with production change control, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement will help you succeed in this role.

• Engineering degree or equivalent experience
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or formal process improvement experience
• Experience with CAD packages (Solid Edge / Teamcenter)
