Role:Performance Testing Analyst Location: Hyderabad,Bengaluru, Pune Hybrid Mode Position Exp: 4 - 7 Years Requirements Provide end-to-end performance testing services for multiple projects across various service lines and regions. Work independently and with team members to deliver performance testing to aggressive deadlines. Take technical ownership of performance testing projects and report progress to project teams and the Performance Test Manager. Collaborate closely with Performance Test Manager and teams across multiple projects to ensure high-quality service. Engage with application and project teams for performance testing, including NFR assessment, planning, design, build, execution, analysis, and reporting. Assist team members with resolving technical issues in test scripting and application performance. Create performance test plans, scenarios, scripts, executions, and reports. Build and manage CI/CD pipelines for performance test execution. Support enhancements to performance test frameworks and contribute to future strategy tasks. Minimum 5+ years of experience in performance testing with expertise in performance test methods, tooling, and web/cloud-based application architectures. Strong ability to manage performance testing on multiple projects simultaneously. Advanced hands-on expertise with LoadRunner and JMeter for test design, scripting, execution, and reporting. Experience with APM/performance monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Azure Insights, AWS CloudWatch). Proficient in scripting for MFA/SSO-enabled applications, using security tokens, certificates, and cookies. Hands-on experience with cloud-hosted/SaaS application performance testing. Experience embedding performance testing into CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps/Jenkins, LoadRunner plugins). Experience with large-scale application performance testing across platforms (on-premises, cloud/SaaS), APIs, and middleware web services. Proven ability to meet aggressive deadlines in complex web application environments. Experience collaborating with diverse project teams for info gathering, tracking, and issue resolution. Strong communication, presentation, and version control skills (GIT). Familiar with browser developer tools (Fiddler, Wireshark). Additional skills: web development, programming, DB SQL, continuous performance testing, performance engineering (InfluxDB, Grafana), and endpoint/mobile performance testing.
