Skilled Laborer

• $18.00–$21.00/hour to start | Up to $2.00/hour raise after 90 days
• 1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 6:45 AM–3:45 PM
• OT and Saturdays available as needed
• Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance as low as $15 per week

DIRTY. PHYSICAL. INDUSTRIAL WORK

If you like working with your hands, staying busy, operating equipment, and seeing what you accomplished at the end of the day, you may fit right in at A-Line.

What You'll Do: 

• Work Indoor and/or outdoor year-round to scrap and recycle electrical equipment
• Operate industrial tools and equipment to cut and dismantle transformers
• Hand sort and separate materials based on metal type
• Operate forklifts and material handlers to move heavy loads 
• Follow strict safety protocols in a fast-paced environment

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ years of industrial, mechanical, or outdoor work experience preferred
  
• Experience operating heavy equipment preferred (e.g., forklifts, skid steers, material handlers, or overhead cranes)
• Ability to lift and handle heavy materials throughout the shift
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred
• Must complete a favorable drug test, background check, and physical
