Responsibilities

→ Manage the preparation and presentation of financial reports, ensuring compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
→ Work on preparing and monitoring the budget, analyzing variances between actual and planned figures.
→ Oversee accounts payable and receivable, including timely processing of invoices and collections using accounting systems.
→ Perform bank and general ledger reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records.
→ Support month-end and year-end financial closing processes.
→ Coordinate with external auditors during audit periods by providing required financial data and reports.
→ Stay up to date with the latest accounting regulations and best practices to ensure ongoing compliance.
→ Work efficiently with an ERP system to manage and record financial transactions (prior experience with ERP systems is preferred).
