Cephalgo is seeking a Business Developer with proven cybersecurity or compliance industry experience to accelerate customer acquisition and strategic partnerships. You will focus on enterprise clients and regulated sectors.

• →2–5 years in B2B business development or sales.
• →Mandatory: Experience selling into cybersecurity, compliance, or information-security markets.
• →Experience working with enterprise clients.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Comfortable discussing technical and compliance-related problems.
• Proficient in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce).

• Highly proactive, strong relationship builder.
• Comfortable with outbound outreach and building new markets.
