We are looking for a veterinarian to join our team on a part-time basis. The position would consist of two 9- or 10-hour shifts per week with occasional weeks of 3-4 shifts per week when other DVMs are out on vacation. The position would require 2 weekend shifts per month. While this position has no end date, candidates that are interested in a contract of a certain length will be considered. There is potential for this position to transition into a full-time role, after which additional benefits would be offered. Candidates should have at least one year of experience practicing in small animal primary care, urgent care or emergency medicine.

DVM degree (or equivalent), an active license to practice in the state of New York

1+ years of experience practicing in small animal primary care, urgent care or emergency medicine

An ability to communicate clearly and effectively to clients and colleagues

Competitive salary commensurate with experience ($160k-200k annually for a 40-hr (4 shifts) workweek)
