Allegion/Next Door Company seeks a self-motivated, results-driven team player to fill a Laborer position at our Hialeah, FL location. The Laborer will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to support the production process, ensuring that products meet quality standards and production goals are achieved. This role involves operating machinery, assembling metal products, basic welding, metal polishing, maintaining a clean workspace, and performing other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities

- →Assemble, weld, polish, package, or inspect products according to company standards and specifications.
- →Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet required standards.
- →Load and unload raw materials, finished products, and equipment.
- →Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
- →Follow all safety protocols and procedures to minimize risks and accidents.
- →Communicate with team members and supervisors to address issues or concerns.
- →Assist with routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery and tools.
- →Adhere to production schedules and meet daily/weekly output goals.
- →Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor or management.
Requirements

- Prior experience in metal manufacturing or factory environment is a plus.
- Ability to operate machinery and use hand tools safely and effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Physical stamina to stand, lift, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
- Basic understanding of safety protocols and procedures.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- May involve exposure to noise, dust, or heat.
- Standing and moving for long periods during shifts.
First Shift - Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts, occasional daily OT and weekends required.
