El Técnico de Procesos de Troquelado es responsable de asegurar la correcta operación y optimización de los procesos de estampado y troquelado de piezas metálicas, garantizando el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad, productividad y seguridad. Sus funciones incluyen la configuración, ajuste y monitoreo de parámetros de proceso, así como el soporte técnico a producción para mantener la estabilidad operativa de las líneas de manufactura.
También participa en el montaje, ajuste y liberación de troqueles, validando cambios de modelo y realizando análisis para la solución de problemas relacionados con defectos de calidad, desperdicio o paros de producción. Trabaja de manera conjunta con las áreas de Producción, Calidad, Mantenimiento e Ingeniería para implementar acciones correctivas y mejoras continuas que incrementen la eficiencia del proceso.
El puesto requiere conocimientos en troquelado metálico, interpretación de planos, metrología, ajuste de prensas y metodologías de mejora continua. Además, demanda habilidades de análisis, trabajo en equipo y orientación a resultados para contribuir al logro de indicadores clave como OEE, reducción de scrap, cumplimiento de producción y mejora de la calidad del producto.
