$70,000–$80,000 annually

As our Staff Accountant, you will prepare and record accurate financial information for AllHealth Network and AllHealth Foundation while providing responsive service to internal and external partners.

• →Manage accounts payable activities, including general ledger coding, data entry, weekly payment runs, invoice documentation, and payment research.
• →Support accounts receivable and customer grant billing.
• →Record daily banking activity and reconcile monthly credit card activity.
• →Support month-end close, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and timely, accurate financial reporting.
• →Prepare monthly financial statements and assist with special projects involving grants, payroll, budgets, audits, and other financial reporting needs.
• →Review transactions for accuracy and reasonableness while following departmental controls, policies, and procedures.
• →Provide professional, responsive service to vendors, internal teams, leadership, and other partners.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• At least two years of experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash, general ledger, and financial reporting.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP or comparable lookup functions, and mathematical formulas.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities accurately, work independently with minimal supervision, and collaborate across all levels of the organization.

• Experience in a nonprofit, healthcare, or government-grant environment.
• Experience with NetSuite or another ERP system.
• Knowledge of government grant regulations, annual audits, insurance renewals, or budgeting.
