Requirements
~1 min readManage executive, media, and social-media escalations by investigating cases, coordinating resolutions with internal teams, and documenting all actions in Salesforce.
Communicate outcomes to stakeholders, recommend goodwill when appropriate, and ensure seamless case handoffs.
Conduct follow-ups to confirm consumer satisfaction and adhere to case closure metrics.
Analyze trends in consumer feedback to identify improvement opportunities and propose process enhancements.
Prepare reports, summaries, and act as backup support to team members as required.
Minimum 1–3 years of customer service experience in a Contact Centre or Case Management environment.
Bilingual (English/French) is required, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to make sound decisions under pressure with minimal supervision.
Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
Experience handling executive-level escalations.
Strong negotiation, conflict‑resolution, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to coach and guide others on complex case handling.

Mississauga Ontario CanadaSalary Range:
$59,550.00 - $73,162.00This compensation range represents the minimum to midpoint base salary rates at Nissan for jobs assigned to this particular grade level. Please note that an employee’s base salary may occasionally be set above the midpoint of the salary band for this grade level, in recognition of the employee’s unique skills, work experience, education, work location, or market conditions. Compensation decisions also consider internal equity and comparisons with the base salary rates of other employees with similar backgrounds working in comparable roles. Note: Bonus, benefits, and other forms of variable compensation are not included in the base-salary range shown above.
