  • Leads sourcing activities and negotiates commodity pricing to support cost reduction goals.

  • Develops and executes strategic sourcing plans, including supplier analysis and selection.

  • Partners with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and implements cost-saving initiatives, tracking and validating results.

  • Manages contracts, purchase orders, and cost changes while ensuring compliance and resolving supplier issues related to quality, cost, and delivery.

  • Maintains accurate purchasing data and reports on progress toward departmental goals, taking action as needed to meet targets.

  • 0-2 years of related experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, SCM, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Ability to work on-site in Farmington Hills, MI.

  • Leadership potential with a proactive, self-driven approach to resolving complex issues.

  • Strong communication skills with high attention to detail and adaptability to feedback.

  • Collaborative and independent problem-solver with a continuous learning mindset.
