  • Negotiate and establish pricing for assigned production part commodities while supporting cost reduction goals.

  • Identify, evaluate, and develop suppliers to meet current and future production requirements.

  • Ensure suppliers achieve quality, cost, and delivery targets through performance management and competitive sourcing analysis.

  • Manage contracts, purchase orders, and purchasing records for assigned commodities.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to resolve supply issues, maintain continuity of supply, and drive cost-saving initiatives.

  • Bachelor’s degree with 3-5 years of experience, Associate’s degree with an additional 4 years of experience, or High School Diploma/GED with at least 8 years of equivalent experience required.

  • MS Office experience including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

  • Previous leadership and/or project management experience.

  • Cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.

  • Ability to travel locally up to 20%.

  • Commodity and market knowledge.

  • Knowledge of commercial and legal regulations.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

  • Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.

  • Cost and manufacturing process analysis skills.
