As the Culture Specialist, you will support initiatives that strengthen our company culture across the Americas, grounded in the Nissan Way values and our leadership principles. You will help design and implement programs that preserve and enhance our workplace culture, boost employee engagement and appreciation, strengthen leadership capabilities, and foster a strong sense of pride and belonging across teams.

Resende Rio de Janeiro Brazil- Coordinate and support culture transformation projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, timely execution, and proper follow-up across the organization
- Manage cross‑cultural sessions/trainings, aligning policies across regions, adapting for local differences while ensuring cultural consistency across markets.
- Design, maintain, and improve dashboards to monitor project progress, track cultural indicators, and provide clear, data-driven insights
- Analyze feedback from surveys and initiatives, and benchmark internal and external practices to identify opportunities for improvement and propose adjustments that reinforce a more inclusive and respectful environment aligned with the Nissan Way
- Facilitate communication, alignment, and collaboration across COEs, HRBPs and functions using strong negotiation and mediation skills to overcome blockers and build trust
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (with a focus on Human Resources or Strategy), Organizational Psychology, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, or a related field;
- Fluent in English (written and spoken);
- Experience working in Human Resources areas;
- Ability to extract HR data from systemsPartner effectively with HR Analytics teams.
- Computer Skills: excell, powerpoint, power BI;
