DEALER OPERATION MANAGER (DOM)

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Commercial Relations, Sales, Engineering, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a commercial field role, dealer operations, sales, marketing, customer satisfaction, or related areas.
• Strong knowledge of sales, distribution, dealer operations, and customer satisfaction processes.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, macros, formulas, and data analysis.
• Advanced PowerPoint presentation skills.
• Basic financial analysis knowledge.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical, planning, and organizational capabilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Self-management and strong follow-up discipline.
• English proficiency (600+ TOEIC).
• Ability to travel extensively.

• Automotive industry experience.
• Experience working directly with dealer networks or field sales operations.
• Knowledge of inventory management and demand planning.
• Experience conducting business performance reviews and KPI management.
• Understanding of dealership profitability and commercial strategy.
• Experience with sales-related systems and reporting tools.
• Leadership and decision-making capabilities.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and manage cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong resilience and emotional intelligence.
• Strategic thinking and business consulting mindset.
