We are currently seeking a Business Planning Specialist to join our Mexico City team.

Responsible for leading the development, execution, and monitoring of the business strategy for Nissan and INFINITI Aftersales operations. This role focuses on delivering business value through financial analysis, KPI management, performance tracking, and strategic planning initiatives. The Senior Specialist works closely with local and overseas stakeholders to evaluate business performance, identify growth opportunities, support executive decision-making, and drive profitability improvements across the Aftersales business. Through analytical insights and effective reporting, the role ensures alignment with corporate objectives and sustainable business growth.

  • Analyze business strategies and performance results on a monthly basis, identifying risks, opportunities, and improvement actions.
  • Propose initiatives and strategic recommendations to enhance profitability, customer value, and brand positioning.
  • Support management in decision-making through data-driven insights and business performance analysis.

  • Lead the monitoring and reporting of key Aftersales performance indicators.
  • Prepare and consolidate weekly and monthly business performance reports, including sell-in and sell-out metrics.
  • Analyze operational and financial performance trends, providing actionable recommendations.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of KPI reporting across all stakeholders.

  • Coordinate and oversee monthly financial closing activities related to Aftersales operations.
  • Prepare executive-level reports and presentations for Nissan and INFINITI leadership teams.
  • Analyze financial performance, highlighting key achievements, risks, and areas requiring attention.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and business planning activities.

  • Collaborate with overseas teams and local departments to ensure alignment on strategic initiatives and business objectives.
  • Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders to support project execution and decision-making.
  • Coordinate information flow between Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Aftersales teams.
  • Support regional and global reporting requirements.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Finance, Business Planning, Administration, Aftersales, Commercial Operations, or related areas.
  • Experience preparing executive presentations, business reports, and KPI dashboards.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret business and financial data and translate findings into strategic recommendations.
  • Experience presenting results and insights to senior leadership.

  • Data Management: Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, Data Cross-Referencing, Conditional Formatting), PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
