  • Support and monitor EDI communication with suppliers.
  • Maintain and update information within supplier communication portals.
  • Track the transmission and receipt of production-related information.
  • Provide support to suppliers regarding communication tools and systems.
  • Validate orderly integrity in the suppliers infrastructure.
  • Generate reports and support operational KPI monitoring.
  • Assist in resolving electronic communication issues between Nissan and suppliers.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure material supply continuity.
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects related to supply chain processes.
  • Ensure compliance with established procedures and production control standards.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Experience in supply chain, logistics, materials management, or production control.
  • Basic knowledge of EDI communications and supplier integration processes.
  • Experience using supplier communication systems or portals.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Availability to travel.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive attitude and results-oriented mindset.
  • Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL, Python, or data analysis tools.
  • Experience with supplier-customer communication processes.
  • Understanding of production planning, materials management, or supply chain operations.
  • Participation in continuous improvement initiatives.
