Exterior Designer Specialist

You will envision and create strikingly forward-thinking exterior and interior concepts, driving breakthrough ideas that shape products and experiences 5–10+ years ahead. • →Create compelling design proposals for concept and production vehicles, from ideation to final execution
• →Balance multiple projects demonstrating creativity, attention to detail and clarity
• →Collaborate with realisation teams to translate 2D sketches into 3D
• →Translate trends and insights into forward-thinking design concepts
• →Deliver high-quality sketches and visualisations that clearly communicate design intent
• →Work closely with engineering and other functional teams to help maintain design intent throughout the development process.
• →Participate in technical and styling reviews, contributing to design quality, feasibility, and refinement of proposals.

• Bold, forward-thinking designer with strong creative vision
• Exceptionally talented visual communicator
• Strong sense of form, proportion, and surface development
• Collaborative, self-driven, and craft oriented
• Clear and persuasive verbal communicator

• Degree in Automotive or Industrial Design (BS, BFA, MS or MFA) or similar
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Alias, VRED, Blender (or similar)
• Strong exterior design portfolio demonstrating creativity, technical skills and process
• Application of AI tools for enhanced speed and agility a plus
• Prefer candidate with experience in automotive design studio as intern and/or graduate
• Ability to translate briefs and feedback into innovative and bold design proposals
