We are currently looking for a Financial Analyst 1 – Data & Analytics to join our team at our head office located in Mississauga, ON.
The successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing Nissan Canada’s vehicle profitability insights by combining financial analysis with data science techniques. This role supports COP/CMP-I analytics, forecasting, and decision-making through advanced modeling, automation, and data-driven insights, enabling more predictive and actionable business outcomes.
- 2–3 years of experience in finance, analytics, business intelligence, or data science-related roles
- 4 year University degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or other
- Strong foundation in financial analysis, forecasting, and business planning, combined with analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced technical skills:
- Excel (advanced modeling) - mandatory
- Power BI (dashboarding & visualization) - mandatory
- Exposure to Python, SQL, or other data analytics tools is strongly preferred
- Experience with enterprise systems (SAP, Hyperion, or similar) and large datasets
- Ability to apply data science techniques (trend modeling, scenario analysis, basic predictive analytics) in a business context
- Strong communication skills—able to translate data insights into clear narratives for non-technical stakeholders
- Self-starter with a continuous improvement mindset and interest in digital transformation and automation

Mississauga Ontario CanadaSalary Range:
$67,497.00 - $83,412.00This compensation range represents the minimum to midpoint base salary rates at Nissan for jobs assigned to this particular grade level. Please note that an employee’s base salary may occasionally be set above the midpoint of the salary band for this grade level, in recognition of the employee’s unique skills, work experience, education, work location, or market conditions. Compensation decisions also consider internal equity and comparisons with the base salary rates of other employees with similar backgrounds working in comparable roles. Note: Bonus, benefits, and other forms of variable compensation are not included in the base-salary range shown above.
