Come Drive Innovation with Us. We are currently looking for a R00210787 Ingeniero de Calidad FQI to join our team in Aguascalientes.

Staff capable to analyze, understand and manage the quality incidents reported by customers and promote quality level up with responsible areas (Quality parts, Manufacturing, R&D).

• →Promote activities in GEMBA to confirm issues and promote actions to improve them.
• →Emission of technical reports on product quality incidents with national and imported vehicles (CBU).
• →Attend and understand the voice of the customer in their dissatisfactions to provide a quick solution.
• → Analyze quality incidents in the field in the MEX/NIBU/USA/NSAM/GCC markets and issue Technical Reports for the management of its prompt solution by R&D or Plant in the DRIVE/CARS system.
• → Collect incidents part reported in the SICAT / SIS system and adjust internally for its evaluation and confirmation of the incident with responsibles areas.

• Engineering Mechanical, Mechatronics, Automotive Systems or Industrial or related carrier.  

• 1 years with experience on FQI activities or similar.
• Areas related to Customer Satisfaction on Automotive Industry.
• Quality investigations, technical experience, R&D and plant processes in QA areas and field experience.
• Experience to understand customer needs and complains on Mexico and NIBU markets.

• Ability to engage in a conversation, create reports and presentations to report to management.
• Travel: 50% to visit Fleet Customers, Dealers or Plants in order to discuss and manage activities to be implemented (Valid driver license is a must, active passport and VISA is preferred).

• Advanced level of computer skills on Microsoft office (Good Excel, Power Point knowledge is a must)

• Total focus on customer service, satisfaction, and contribute to the fulfillment of objectives of TCS function.
• Methodology of Investigation and Analysis of quality incidents in the field.
• Be open to new challenges in a quicker manner according of necessities.
• Excellent communication (oral and written) and negotiation skills
• Interested in new vehicle technologies (EV, e-POWER)
• Deep understanding of mechanical and electronical vehicle systems
• Good analytical skills with the ability to check quality of data material
• Team player, Problem solving and result oriented
• Passion to continuously development, improve, and maintain processes and projects (Think outside the box)
• Proactive, focused on results and working under pressure.
• Skill in managing databases (Statistical Analysis, Graphics, Pivot Tables).
