  • Support the development and execution of marketing communications campaigns, including creative development, campaign coordination, legal reviews, and stakeholder collaboration.
  • Assist with data mining and audience segmentation efforts to support targeted and large-scale marketing campaigns.
  • Curate and develop content for social media channels, including LinkedIn, while identifying opportunities to expand engagement.
  • Research emerging marketing and communications trends and provide recommendations for new strategies and approaches.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing materials align with brand standards, customer experience goals, and business objectives.

  • Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Finance, or a related field.
  • Students entering their Junior or Senior year at the start of the upcoming academic term.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Interest in marketing strategy, communications, customer engagement, and content development.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital collaboration or creative tools such as Salesforce, Canva, Figma, or similar platforms.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and manage competing priorities.
  • GPA of 3.0 or above (Candidates will be required to provide an official or unofficial transcript during the application process for verification.)
  • Ability to perform work onsite at Franklin, TN.
