Passenger, SUV ACCY & NOM Development Supecialist

- Develop and manage the accessory portfolio for Passenger & SUV vehicles, ensuring alignment with customer needs, brand strategies, and local regulations.
- Identify and define new accessory opportunities based on vehicle specifications, market requirements, and customer preferences.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Product Planning, and other relevant departments to integrate accessories into product and communication strategies.
- Monitor and analyze accessory performance in the market, proposing improvements and new business strategies.
- Support supplier selection, development, and follow-up activities for accessory projects.
- Conduct benchmarking and competitor analysis to maintain a competitive and innovative accessory offering.
- Perform data analysis and prepare reports to support decision-making processes.
- Coordinate and support Local NOM compliance activities and regulatory analysis.
- Lead projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful accessory launches and implementation.
- Bachelor’s degree in automotive engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, International Commerce, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Product Development, Automotive Marketing, Product Planning, After Sales, R&D, Purchasing, Imports, Government Affairs, or related areas.
- Strong understanding of the automotive market, especially accessories and vehicle customization.
- Excellent communication, analytical, project management, and leadership skills.
- Advanced English and native Spanish proficiency.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Availability to travel up to 30%.

- Language: Spanish (Native), English (Advance)
- Travel %: 30%
- Computer Skills: Microsoft Office
- Competencies: NOMS STPS, Marketin, Product planning, Governmental affairs.
