- Develop and execute pricing and incentive strategies to ensure portfolio competitiveness, profitability, and revenue growth.
- Monitor key performance indicators, including sales mix, grade mix, gross margin, and M&S expenses, providing actionable insights to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with NSCs and internal stakeholders to align commercial strategies, optimize approval processes, and maximize business synergies.
- Lead business planning and lifecycle forecasting activities, ensuring volume, pricing, and competitiveness targets are achieved.
- Define product positioning, lifecycle strategies, and M&S investment plans across NIBU markets.
- Monitor profitability, competitiveness, and incentive performance by product and market.
- Lead vehicles launch activities, including product positioning, messaging, cross-functional coordination, pricing strategy alignment, and launch execution.
- Coordinate commercial strategy approvals, including MSRP and profitability assessments.
- Manage and monitor incentive payment processes across NIBU markets.
- Validate, reconcile, and track incentive claims, payment requests, and supporting documentation.
- Partner with Finance, Sales, and regional teams to ensure timely resolution of payment-related issues.
- Lead the development and automation of industry volume and market intelligence reporting.
- Analyze market performance, segment trends, competitive activity, and market share evolution to support strategic planning.
- Ensure data accuracy, governance, and alignment with NIBU segmentation and reporting standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in economy, Actuary studies, Business, Industrial or Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the automotive industry or in areas such as Data & Industry Analysis, Product Marketing Management, or Product Planning, strong analytical and strategic mindset, with the ability to leverage market and business insights to support commercial and product decisions.
