Come Drive Innovation with Us. We are currently looking for a Program Specialist 1 PMO to join our team in Franklin, TN.
This role will be responsible for the project management relating to Connected Car Services. Responsibilities include project management support of new connectivity projects, intake coordination, and change request management. The Connected Car Services Organization is the owner of the connected car business that includes offerings such as Vehicle Telematics, Over the Air Updates, Satellite Radio, etc. Coordination between multiple departments to bring vehicle connectivity to market is a key responsibility for this role.
Works with various teams including CCS PMO, Aftersales, NTC-NA Engineering, Total Customer Satisfaction, Nissan Digital, Product Planning, and other regional functions to align, track, lead, and maintain connected service projects.
Maintains project schedules, ensures clear business/technical requirements and representation from all stakeholders for new service development, key improvements and change requests. Tracks adoption timing and budget for change of scope requests.
Supports new project intake process through coordination of projects with both internal teams and external suppliers.
Supports the change request process to ensure timely deliverable of supplier quotes.
As necessary performs other related duties of which the above are representative.
Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and work cross-functionally with various teams.
Bachelor’s degree required.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, CoPilot and other PC applications
5% domestic and/or international travel may be required.
Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
