Representante Servicio Post Venta (FOM)

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of professional business experience.
• At least 1 year of experience within the automotive industry.
• Experience in Aftersales, Service Operations, Parts Sales, Dealer Operations, or Automotive Commercial Functions.
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Financial statement analysis and business performance analysis experience.
• Microsoft Office proficiency, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to analyze dealership performance and develop action plans.
• Strong communication and consulting skills.
• Availability for extensive domestic travel across Mexico.

• Advanced English proficiency.
• Experience with dealership fixed operations management.
• Knowledge of aftersales marketing strategies.
• Experience supporting customer satisfaction improvement initiatives.
• Management, Administration, or Marketing background.
• Experience working directly with dealer principals and dealership leadership teams.
• Knowledge of warranty operations and dealership compliance processes.
• Experience in automotive field operations.
• Strong understanding of dealership profitability drivers and KPIs.
