Administration, or a related discipline. Join us with Nissan. We are currently seeking a Sr. Specialist PMO to join our team in Mexico City. This role will be responsible for leading and coordinating cross-functional and multicultural teams throughout the development lifecycle of assigned projects, ensuring business objectives are achieved in terms of cost, quality, timing, profitability, and market performance across the Americas region.
A Day in the Life of This Role:
You will work closely with multiple functions teams to monitor project progress, validate business assumptions, and drive alignment across regional markets. You will analyze financial and operational performance, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend actions to ensure projects remain on track and deliver committed business results..
Responsibilities

- →Analyze business, financial, and market information to provide recommendations that support revenue, profitability, cost efficiency, and market competitiveness.
- →Validate inputs and deliverables from various functions, including Manufacturing, Sales & Marketing, R&D, and other stakeholders across the Americas region.
- →Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously while identifying opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency.
- →Monitor product and program performance, explain variances against business commitments, and propose corrective actions when necessary.
- →Track key business indicators and financial results to ensure project objectives are achieved.
- →Support the achievement of Sales & Marketing expenditure targets and business commitments.
- →Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations and reports to management and key stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or similar) or a business-related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience within the automotive industry or in Program Management roles in other industries.
- Experience in planning, financial analysis, business operations, or related functions.
- Ability to understand, analyze, and explain financial indicators such as operational profit, delivery costs, and business performance metrics.
- Strong project management, planning, and organizational skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional and multicultural teams.
- Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project, and Power BI.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Effective communication and presentation skills with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Availability to travel 30% to 50%
