Technical Assistant Officer

• →To maintain efficiency and effectiveness of the various processes of the overall department to ensure business continuity
• →To provide support to our Regional Vice President in all matters

• →Coordinate key meeting’s agenda (VP/Bi-wkly reviews/Launch sterco/monthly pricing review mtg, PSPM…)

• →Support on overall functional analysis, ad-hoc studies etc.
• →Support/Lead actions to keep department cohesion across the different teams within AMIEO
• →Track and follow up on Global employee survey action items
• →Manage Paris pool cars portfolio
• →Support a project to automate the registration of topics for the various meetings
• →Support in preparation of executive reports.
• →Coordinate & release wkly PBSM report to full team
• →Manage/monitor team access to software licences (Tableau/Co-pilot/Power BI, Figma..)
• →Update monthly G&A actuals

Background and Experience:
 

• →Education: Bachelor's degree (B.E/B.Sc)
• →Experience: 3-5 years minimum of professional experience with high proficient in Microsoft office mgt
