RCI INSURANCE LTD

  • Conduct actuarial inventory work related to closures and ensure the technical monitoring of the Companies’ insurance portfolios.
  • Contribute to tariff studies related to the Companies’ insurance products and their evolutions.
  • Contribute to Solvency II calculations and deliverables (pillar I, II and III).
  • Contribute to IFRS17 calculations and deliverables (regular accounting closures, monthly reporting package and disclosures)
  • Contribute to the external and internal audits for Solvency II and IFRS17
  • Manage and ensure availability and quality of the data required for the actuarial studies.
  • Provide/Validate the technical assumptions and parameters to be considered in budget forecasts.
  • Produce ALM studies regarding companies’ investment policy.
  • Participate to IFRS17 implementation.

  • Bachelor’s or Master degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial, Econometrics or Physics.
  • Min. 3 years of experience within the insurance field.
  • Interest in technical insurance activities, such as insurance product pricing, modelling, data management, reporting, etc.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office package (with focus on MS Excel – Pivot tables, Data Sorting, Data Validation, Advanced formulas, etc.) is required.
  • Basic skills in one of these software(s): “R”/”R-Studio”, “Python”, “Macros/VBA” will be considered as plus.
  • Basic Experience with SQL/MySQL ➔ general understanding of relational databases will be considered as plus.
