Engineering Leader Expert - VA

Key Responsibility

• Lead technical convergence activities for Upper Body vehicle zones:
  • Body Side
  • Doors
  • Glasses & Mechanism
  • Roof Systems
• Develop packaging layouts for new vehicle programs and derivatives.
• Ensure occupant space, comfort, visibility, ingress, and egress compliance with applicable standards.
• Resolve packaging conflicts within the zone and across interfacing vehicle zones.
• Support design feasibility studies from concept phase through production.
• Collaborate with Styling, Manufacturing, Serviceability, Safety, and Regulatory teams.
