Au sein de la Direction des Achats du Groupe Renault, vous rejoindrez le service des achats IS/IT de Renault Group dans un environnement stimulant & challengeant.
Le poste est localisé au Technocentre à Guyancourt (78), en région parisienne en CDI. Vous bénéficierez de 2 jours de télétravail
· Études supérieures techniques et économiques (BAC +5)
· Expérience significative dans les domaines des Achats et de l’IT.
· Maîtrise des technologies / produits relatifs à l’Infrastructure IT à savoir :
o Serveurs / High Performance Computer / Equipement Réseau / Stockage
· Anglais et français (écrit/oral) : niveau avancé.
· Maîtrise de MS Office – Excel (obligatoire), PowerPoint, Word.
· Habilité à utiliser des outils IA
· Bonnes capacités d’analyse et de synthèse, gestion des priorités, autonomie, aisance communicationnelle, travail en équipe, adaptabilité, créativité, maîtrise de soi, orientation client et résultats.
· Faculté à être force de proposition pour accompagner nos clients internes dans leurs besoins
· Challenger nos clients internes dans leurs besoins leur permettant de faire des économies sur leur budget
· Capacité de résilience et savoir négocier dans des situations complexes et sous contrainte
· Habilité à parler en public, parfois face à un auditoire exigeant et savoir convaincre.
· Entretenir une bonne communication avec nos clients internes
English version:
- Performing and monitoring of consultation process (RFI/RFP) for its own perimeter in collaboration with internal customer and stakeholders.
- Technology / Market analysis (knowledge of Gartner tool would be appreciated)
- Challenging Technical Specifications
- RFI/RFP sending
- Commercial offers collection and analysis
- Commercial negotiation with candidates supplier consulted
- Establish consistent technical-economic synthesis
- Prepare documentation for supplier selection
- Ensuring compliance of Renault Group Procurement Processes.
- Coordinate with Legal Department and stakeholders the respect of key contractual clauses with the suppliers (GDPR, SLA, Security Appendix, ...).
- Ensuring the archiving of all the documents related to the consultation including contract in our Data Base. In charge of contract management of its own perimeter.
- Be a transversal leader in IT Procurement by comparing current solutions/products with the market and available technologies (technical/prices).
- Contributes to the Renault Group Digital Transformation on its own perimeter.
- Be force of proposal by challenging Specifications and propose alternatives which can bring more value for our internal / final customers to move the Group forward in its technological/digital strategy.
- Good Level of knowledge of contract structure and terms.
- Keep Supplier Sheets updated with latest Key Figures and Key Messages.
Requirements
~1 min read- Advanced knowledge about IT Infrastructure environment (products, technologies, actors, market, ...) and Software Business Models.
- IT Business Models (On Premise, IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, ...) knowledge.
- AI principles knowledge (LLM, Agent)
- Contributes to the Purchasing Performance of its Team and its Purchasing Direction.
- In charge to challenge its own suppliers to reduce costs.
- Monitoring of its own Performance Reporting to the Management.
- Animates regular Performance Reviews with the suppliers and its Management.
- As Renault Group representative in the relations with the suppliers :
- Monitor a good and a sustainable relationship with the suppliers of the panel.
- Proceeding to fair negotiations and promoting the image of the company.
- Respect of Renault Group Procurement Ethics Code.
- High Technical and Economic Studies (BAC +5)
Significant experience in the fields of Purchasing and IT.
Strong knowledge of technologies/products related to IT Infrastructure, namely: Servers / High Performance Computing / Network Equipment / Storage
English and French (writing/speaking) advanced level with ability to present in front of demanding audience
MS Office mastery : Excel (mandatory), Powerpoint, Word / Ivalua mastery
Ability to use AI tools
Good analytical and synthesis skills, priority management, autonomy, communication skills, teamwork, adaptability, creative, emotional self-control, customer and result orientation
Ability to be proactive in proposing solutions to support internal clients in their needs
Ability to challenge internal clients on their needs to help optimize and reduce budget costs Resilience and strong negotiation skills in complex and constrained situations
Ability to speak in public, sometimes in front of a demanding audience, and to be persuasive
Maintain good communication with internal clients
