Local Fleet Service and Financing Manager

As a Local Fleet Service and Financing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales, service, and financial aspects of fleet operations within a specific local market, ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing profitability for Renault.

Job Responsibilities:**

* Manage the end-to-end sales process for fleet vehicles, including identifying potential clients, presenting solutions, and closing deals.
* Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and increase market share for fleet vehicles.
* Cultivate strong relationships with fleet customers, understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service.
* Oversee all aspects of dealership operations pertaining to fleet sales and service, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company standards.
* Manage vehicle inventory for fleet sales, optimizing stock levels and minimizing holding costs.
* Develop and execute marketing initiatives to promote Renault's fleet offerings to local businesses and organizations.
* Analyze sales data and market trends to generate accurate sales forecasts and inform business decisions.
* Lead and motivate a team of sales and service professionals, fostering a culture of operational excellence.
* Ensure profitability of fleet operations through effective pricing strategies, cost control, and financial management.
* Conduct vehicle valuations to facilitate trade-ins and optimize pricing strategies for fleet sales.
* Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and enhanced customer experience within fleet services.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and company policies related to vehicle financing.

Job Qualifications:**

* Proven experience in automobile sales, specifically within a fleet or commercial vehicle context.
* Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of sales, marketing, and financial principles.
* Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships.
* In-depth knowledge of dealership operations and best practices.
