PFE27 - VEHICLE DATA COLLECTION AGENT H/F

Context:

With the increasing complexity of vehicle architectures, efficient and structured diagnostic data collection is becoming essential. This internship aims to develop a configurable Onboard Diagnostic Data Collector capable of collecting, filtering, processing, and storing data from vehicle ECUs and services to feed a centralized intelligent diagnostics and predictive maintenance platform.

Develop a configurable Onboard Diagnostic Data Collector capable of :

collecting, filtering, normalizing, processing, and storing vehicle diagnostic data from multiple ECUs and services and providing standardized, relevant data to a centralized intelligent diagnostics and predictive maintenance platform.

Your role :

Collect and centralize vehicle diagnostic data from multiple ECUs and services.

Design a diagnostic history to store faults, events, vehicle states, and contextual data.

Develop a configurable symptom/diagnostic-data correlation database to capture diagnostic knowledge.

Prototype and validate the overall solution using representative vehicle diagnostic scenarios.

Key skills :

Software development: Python and Rust/C++

Basic understanding of data structures, algorithms, and databases

Knowledge of embedded systems and automotive diagnostics is a plus

Familiarity with vehicle communication protocols such as CAN/UDS is a plus

Analytical thinking, autonomy, and technical curiosity
