Capacité à traduire les fiches incidents clients par des outils de traduction,

Notions d’anglais : lecture de documents et participation à des réunions.

Connaissance et/ou maitrise des outils, démarches et processus du traitement de problèmes qualité (QC Story, 8D, 5 Why, méthode d’analyse technique et outils associés, exploiter un arbre de défaillance…),

Capacité à ordonner et synthétiser des informations variées,

Rigueur dans l’application des raisonnements, curiosité,

Mobiliser des ressources transverses pour une meilleure réactivité,

Capacité à s’adapter à différents interlocuteurs ou d’un environnement.

Pour un domaine technique automobile :

Connaissance et/ou maitrise des méthodes et outils de diagnostic associé,

Interprétation des documents de référence,
