🚨 We’re Hiring: Senior Cyber Security Specialist | Onsite – LATAM 🌎

On site position for: Colombia, Guatemala, Honduras, Peru

Are you an experienced Cyber Security professional looking for your next challenge? We’re looking for a Senior Cyber Security Specialist to join our team and play a key role in protecting critical systems, networks, and business operations from evolving cyber threats.

🔐 What you’ll do:
• Review and validate cybersecurity incidents, risks, and control failures
• Assess operational and business impacts of security risks
• Support security incident response and guide less-experienced cybersecurity professionals
• Develop and present cybersecurity metrics, statistics, and reports
• Recommend remediation strategies to technical and business decision-makers
• Help develop and improve cybersecurity procedures, controls, and systems
• Monitor emerging cybersecurity threats and apply best practices to reduce organizational risk
• Contribute to disaster recovery, business continuity, and enterprise resiliency initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen the organization’s overall security posture

🛠️ What we’re looking for:
• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, IT, or a related field, or 4+ years of equivalent experience
• Experience as a Cyber Security Engineer, Security Specialist, or System Administrator
• Strong knowledge of network protocols, operating systems, and cybersecurity technologies
• Hands-on experience with SIEM, IDS/IPS, firewalls, and endpoint protection solutions
• Knowledge of cloud security across AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Familiarity with security frameworks and regulations such as NIST, ISO, GDPR, or HIPAA
• Experience with M365 and/or Google Workspace security environments
• Familiarity with scripting and automation using Python, PowerShell, or similar technologies
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills

⭐ Certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or CISM are highly desirable.
