We're looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (Hunter) to lead full-cycle recruitment for professional and technical positions across multiple countries. This role is ideal for someone who excels at proactive sourcing, advanced search strategies, and delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
Responsibilities
~1 min readβ’ Lead end-to-end recruitment, from intake meetings through offer negotiation and successful hiring.
β’ Develop innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean and X-ray searches, talent mapping, social media, and other advanced sourcing techniques.
β’ Recruit for specialized and hard-to-fill positions across multiple international markets.
β’ Conduct competency-based interviews to evaluate technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
β’ Build trusted relationships with hiring managers by providing market insights, recruitment strategies, and hiring recommendations.
β’ Maintain accurate candidate pipelines and ATS records throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
β’ Continuously improve recruitment processes and sourcing strategies.
β’ Represent the company at networking events and employer branding initiatives while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

18+ months of experience managing full-cycle recruitment for professional, technical, or specialized positions.
β
Proven success sourcing passive candidates using Boolean searches, X-ray searches, market mapping, and advanced recruiting techniques.
β
Experience recruiting for hard-to-fill or niche positions.
β
Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, SeekOut, or similar sourcing platforms.
β
Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
β
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
β
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
β
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
β
Experience recruiting across multiple countries is highly preferred.
β Experience supporting international recruitment initiatives.
β Strong market research and talent intelligence skills.
β Data-driven recruiting approach with recruitment reporting experience.
β A passion for identifying and engaging top passive talent.
β Experience partnering with hiring managers on workforce planning and recruitment strategy.
