🚨 We're Hiring: Tier 2 IT / NOC Support Agent 🚨


Are you passionate about troubleshooting complex technical issues and delivering exceptional IT support? We're looking for a Tier 2 IT / NOC Support Agent to join our growing team and play a key role in supporting network operations, managed services, and client infrastructure environments.


πŸ’» What You'll Do:

* Investigate and resolve escalated technical incidents across networking, systems, and internet services

* Monitor infrastructure using tools such as SolarWinds, PRTG, Nagios, Zabbix, and other monitoring platforms

* Troubleshoot network issues including Wi-Fi, VLANs, DHCP, DNS, firewall policies, and internet connectivity

* Support Windows, macOS, Active Directory, Azure AD, and Microsoft 365 environments

* Manage support tickets, perform root cause analysis, and collaborate with Tier 3 and Engineering teams

* Mentor junior technicians and contribute to operational excellence


βœ… What We're Looking For:

* 1+ years of experience in IT Support, NOC Support, MSP, or HSIA environments

* Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, VLANs)

* Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and ticketing systems

* Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills

* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment


⭐ Nice to Have:

* Experience with ConnectWise, SolarWinds, PRTG, or similar RMM/NMS tools

* Knowledge of endpoint security, backup and disaster recovery solutions

* PowerShell or scripting experience

* Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, Microsoft Azure, CCNA, or ITIL
