Branch Manager

PACE Supply is seeking a results-driven Branch Manager to lead our Riverside, California location. This is a key leadership role with end-to-end ownership of branch performance: inside sales, counter operations, and warehouse logistics. You will build and coach a high-performing team, strengthen customer relationships, grow sales across product lines, and hold a high standard for service and operational excellence.This is not a start-from-zero opening. Riverside is a young branch with momentum. • →At least 5 years experience in the plumbing industry.
• →Minimum of 3 years experience in Inside Sales in the plumbing industry.
• →Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
• →Ability to adapt and think on your feet.
• →Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to use Microsoft and Apple products.
• →Excellent time management skills and ability to plan and set priorities.
• →Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• →Strong interpersonal skills in dealing with all levels in the organization.

Ideal Education: Bachelor's Degree

 

• 5 years minimum tenure with PACE Supply Corp.
• 2 years warehouse experience
• 3 years inside sales experience
• 1 year outside sales experience
• 2 years industry relatled supervisory experience
